Kip Marina

A new neighbourhood of dockside apartments, quayside townhouses, cottages and villas around an expanded yachting marina at Inverkip on Scotland's west coast

The award winning waterside development for Manor Kingdom for196 new homes was modelled on the urban forms, materiality and colours of historic local precedents such as Inveraray and Tobermory to create a distinctive, beautiful new place in keeping with its location.
